Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan frontliner PT. BCA Tbk. Data penelitian merupakan data primer untuk periode obervasi tahun 2018. Teknik pengumpulan data primer dengan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Dari populasi 170 karyawan frontliner yang memenuhi kriteria menjadi sampel, dengan rumus slovin didapatkan 169 responden sebagai sampel. Penelitian yang dilakukan dilengkapi dengan pembahasan dari hasil-hasil penelitiannya. Metode analisis yang diginakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan frontliner PT. BCA Tbk. Secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan korelasi sedang. Promosi merupakan variabel yang lebih besar pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan.Downloads
