Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh perilaku komplain, komitmen karyawan dan kecerdasan emosi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PGN MAS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah 75 karyawan PT. PGN MAS. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Persamaan Struktural Komponen atau Varians dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perilaku mengeluh yang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen karyawan yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan emosional yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Downloads
