KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN PADA PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM KABUPATEN SUMEDANG (Studi Kasus Pada PDAM Tirta Medal Kabupaten Sumedang)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional
terhadap kualitas pelayanan, budaya kerja terhadap kualitas layanan, dan untuk
mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya kerja terhadap kualitas
pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS
17.0 untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian. Jumlah penduduk 242, dan sampel adalah 71.
Peneliti menggunakan teknik random sampling untuk menyederhanakan jumlah populasi
dengan formula slovin. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: kepemimpinan transformasional
berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan, budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kualitas
pelayanan, dan kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap
kualitas pelayanan PDAM Tirta Medal Sumedang.
