Perbankan adalah salah satu industri jasa yang bergerak di bidang keuangan. Salah satu tujuan khususnya adalah menjangkau nasabah sebanyak dan seluas mungkin. Dalam rangka merealisasi hal tersebut, maka perbankan pada umumnya memiliki karyawan dengan berbagai posisi leader dan non leader pada cabang yang tersebar. Disiplin adalah salah satu syarat utama dalam membangun ritme kerja yang baik yang nantinya juga akan berujung kepada pencapaian target baik secara khusus maupun umum. Menunjuk hal tersebut di atas maka penelitian ini dilakukan agar dapat memberikan gambaran yang nyata akan hubungan motivasi serta komunikasi visi yang baik akan memberikan pengaruh kepada disiplin karyawan tersebut.Unduhan
