KORELASI BUDAYA ORGANISASI MOTIVASI KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus pada Proyek Konstruksi Kualifikasi Menengah di Tangerang)

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk memperoleh bukti empirik mengenai korelasi budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja
dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan. Objek penelitian adalah mencari bukti
dari data primer mengenai korelasi variabel budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, stres kerja terhadap kinerja
karyawan pada proyek konstruksi di Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan
menyebarkan angket kuesioner kepada seluruh pekerja proyek yang dikategorikan sebagai populasi pada proyek
konstruksi kualifikasi menengah (Permenpu no 08 tahun 2011) di Tangerang. Selanjutnya data diolah dengan
paket program SPSS dan dianalisa menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja serta stres kerja terhadap kinerja
pegawai mengikuti model persamaan regresi berikut:

Korelasi budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan sebesar 44,9 persen
(adjusted R2=0,449). Sedangkan Korelasi budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial tidak
signifikan (t sig = 0,615 > 0,05), sedang korelasi motivasi kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara
parsial signifikan (t sig = 0,00 < 0,05).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel motivasi yang didukung oleh dimensi motivator dan dimensi hygiene
yang diadopsi dari teori herzberg memberikan korelasi cukup besar dan signifikan. Sementara dalam penelitian
ini variabel budaya organisasi korelasinya tidak signifikan. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan dimensi dan indikator
yang digunakan kurang mewakili. Untuk itu penelitian dengan menggunakan dimensi dan indikator yang
berbeda dari penelitian ini mungkin bisa memberikan hasil yang lebih baik.
