PENGURANGAN PEMBOROSAN DENGAN METODE VALUE STREAM MAPPING PADA PROSES PENYEDIAAN MEDICINES & CONSUMABLES DI PERUSAHAAN JASA KESEHATAN DKI JAKARTA

Perusahaan bidang pelayanan jasa kesehatan pada penelitian ini memberikan Service 6M (Medical Center, Medical Site, Medical Training, Medical Assistance, Medical Administration Service, dan Medical Hospital Management). Berdasarkan data complain kasus keterlambatan penyediaan medicines & consumables didapatkan data bahwa client TEP memiliki rata-rata keterlambatan tertinggi yaitu 284.21 Hari, untuk itu diperlukan identifikasi waste sebagai upaya mengurangi keterlambatannya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Value Stream Mapping, metode ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi proses yang mengandung waste sehingga waste yang ada bisa dihilangkan. Pada current state map diketahui value-added time sebesar 38.86 Hari, dan total non-value-added time 287.35 hari. Hasil dari usulan perbaikan didapatkan total value-added time 31.92 hari dan total non-value-added time menjadi 9 hari.
