Abstract
This study presents a method of analyzing oven capacity calculations in electrodeposition production lines in the automotive industry to propose improvements to meet market demands with Toyoto Business Practices method. The oven is an apparatus in the form of an insulated thermal chamber used for heating, baking or drying of a material, and on the process in the line of ElectroDeposition for heating / drying of the Vehicle Frame. After analyzing based on root cause of machine aspect problem that impact to Safety, Quality, Cost known alternative OVEN repair which decided is the addition of OVEN counted 2 units more.
