Analisis Postur Kerja Menggunakan Metode Ovako Work Posture Analysis System (OWAS) Dan Rapid Entire Body Assessesment (REBA) Pada Pekerja Welder Workshop Lembaga Penyiaran

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko postur kerja pada pekerja Workshop di Lembaga Penyiaran. Kuesioner NMB disebarkan pada masing-masing section kerja, dan ditemukan bahwa pekerja section Welder memiliki nilai tertinggi sebesar 86. Setelah itu, dilakukan analisa lebih lanjut melalui metode analisis REBA dan OWAS, ditemukan bahwa pekerja Welder menghadapi tingkat risiko postur kerja dan tingkat MSDs yang sangat tinggi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dilakukan perancangan alat bantu berdasarkan data antropometri pekerja dan melalui FGD dengan berbagai pihak terkait. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perancangan alat bantu berhasil menurunkan nilai REBA dan OWAS secara signifikan. Pada pekerja Welder 1, nilai REBA menurun dari 11 (sangat tinggi) menjadi 5 (sedang), dan nilai OWAS menurun dari 4 (sangat tinggi) menjadi 2 (sedang). Pada pekerja Welder 2, nilai REBA menurun dari 10 (tinggi) menjadi 3 (rendah), dan nilai OWAS menurun dari 3 (tinggi) menjadi 1 (rendah). Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di Workshop Lembaga Penyiaran melalui perancangan alat bantu yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerja Welder.
