Objectives: This study aims to analyze the direct effects of perceived price, perceived quality, and perceived value on tourist loyalty.
Methodology: A quantitative approach was used, with data collected from 400 respondents using a multi-stage sampling technique with purposive sampling and proportional sampling methods and analyzed using SEM Lisrel.
Finding: Tourist loyalty to advanced tourism villages in Bogor Regency is most directly influenced by perceived value. The social and emotional value dimensions perceived by tourists are strong factors that shape their desire to return and recommend advanced tourism villages. In addition to perceived value, perceived price is also a significant factor influencing tourist loyalty. Tourists who feel the price paid is commensurate with the benefits received during their trip are more likely to recommend the tourism village to others.
Conclusion: The results show that perceived price, perceived quality, and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on tourist loyalty. The results indicate that building tourist loyalty in advanced tourism villages requires synchronization between service quality, price fairness, and perceived value.
