Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai rumah sakit. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan RSUD Cengkareng yang telah bekerja selama 3 tahun yaitu berjumlah 690 orang dengan jumlah sampel responden sebanyak 254 orang yang dipilih melalui cluster sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Downloads
