Proyek konstruksi merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang dibatasi oleh sumber daya dan waktu untuk mencapai hasil konstruksi dengan standar kualitas baik. Pada setiap tahapan proyek tidak terlepas dari berbagai risiko dan ketidak pastian yang mempengaruhi baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas. Proyek konstruksi tidak selalu berjalan mulus dan seringkali menghadapi masalah yang terkait dengan pengaruh stakeholders. Pada proyek Grand Batavia memiliki banyak stakeholder yang terlibat baik internal maupun eksternal dan bahwa dalam proyek tersebut mengalami penundaan penyelesaian proyek. Peneliti mengambil parameter dalam kinerja waktu dengan dianalisisnya risiko pada stakeholder dalam suatu proyek sehingga waktu proyek dapat tercapai dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko dan langkah atau tindakan yang tepat risiko pada stakeholder berbasis PMBOK 2013 untuk meningkatkan kinerja waktu proyek pada proyek selanjutnya.
