ANALISIS PERHITUNGAN WAKTU BAKU DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE JAM HENTI PADA PRODUK PULLEY DI CV. PUTRA MANDIRI JAKARTA

Pada era perkembangan industri yang sangat pesat saat ini, teknologi yang digunakan semakin beragam. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada perusahaan industri khususnya industry manufaktur. CV. Putra Mandiri Jakarta merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri manufaktur. Perusahaan yang memproduksi komponen alat-alat seperti CV. Putra Mandiri Jakarta, merupakan perusahaan yang produksinya memiliki sistem make to order. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan pada perusahaan mengenai perhitungan penjadwalan produksi dengan metode waktu baku untuk memproduksi Pulley. Tujuan dari perhitungan waktu baku produksi ialah untuk dapat menghasilkan waktu yang tepat dalam melakukan pengiriman barang untuk customer sehingga tidak terjadi waiting list. Selisih antara rating factor terbesar dan terkecil yaitu sebesar 0,13 yang didapatkan dari pada bagian finishing sebesar 0,33 dan pada bagian welding sebesar 0,2. Selisih antara waktu normal terbesar dan terkecil yaitu sebesar 70,84 yang didapatkan dari waktu normal terbesar pada bagian painting yaitu sebesar 72 menit dan pada bagian pengukuran di penutup kiri dan kanan yaitu sebesar 1,16 menit. Pada penelitian kali ini penulis bisa menentukan selisih Allowance dan besarnya selisih waktu baku dari keseluruhan proses produksi Pulley. Selisih antara Allowance terbesar dan terkecil yaitu sebesar 30% yang didapatkan dari pada bagian Painting sebesar 67% dan pada bagian rubber lagging sebesar 37%. Selisih antara waktu normal terbesar dan terkecil yaitu sebesar 216,04 yang didapatkan dari waktu terbesar terbesar pada bagian painting yaitu sebesar 218,18 menit dan waktu baku terkecil pada bagian pengukuran di penutup kiri dan kanan yaitu sebesar 2,14 menit.
