IMPLEMENTASI PRINSIP KERJA 5S UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI WAKTU PRODUKSI STUDI KASUS DI SECTION INJECTION DI PT HBR

Sistem dan kondisi kerja yang baik berdampak pada produktivitas dari karyawan. Salah satu faktor pendukung perindustrian Jepang adalah adanya program yang selalu ditaati Bersama dan inovasi secara terus menerus. Tetapi, hal tersebut dapat dilakukan karena langkah pertama yang selalu dikedepankan yaitu proses kerja 5S. Penempatan bahan baku material kurang rapi menyebabkan proses handling memerlukan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penyebab setup yang lama diareal injection dan melakukan perbaikan sehingga meningkatkan jumlah produksi. Penyebab terjadinya delay waktu pada mesin injection adalah penempatan bahan baku material kurang rapi sehingga saat proses handling memerlukan waktu yang lama, perbaikan dengan melakukan training 5S untuk penempatan material bahan baku. Screw injection problem saat setup, perbaikan dengan Preventive Maintenance dan Autonomous Maintenance secara berkala. Pergantian spare part SOP tidak berjalan dengan baik, perlu Retraining kepada seluruh operator. Bahan baku kotor sehingga output hasil produksi NG, dilakukan pemilahan saat penempatan bahan baku, dan Retrainning Operator.
