Abstrak

This research is to know the effect of compensation and work discipline to employee’s performance. The object of this research is employees of PT.Mitrasoft Infonet where located in Tanjung Selor No. 8A-D. This research was conducted on 68 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach by using causal research design. Analysis’s system that used is a statistic analysis as multiple linear regression test with SPSS version 23 application. The results of this study indicate that the simultaneous variables of compensation and work discipline affect the performance of employees. And partial compensation effect on employee performance and work discipline affect the employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous tests (F test) and partial test results (t test). Therefore the test results of this study is, there was effect simultaneous influence between the variable compensation and work discipline on employee performance.
