MODEL STRUKTURAL HUBUNGAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI, KUALITAS INFORMASI DAN KINERJA MANAJERIAL INDUSTRI KREATIF PERCETAKAN DIGITAL

Abstrack: This study aimed to analyze and know the contributions of information
technology and its impact on the quality of information and managerial performance of
digital printing industry. The approach used in the study is a causality between variables,
while the sampling technique used is the census, which takes all of the population as a target
sample of twenty-five people respondent's status as a business manager. To measure the
variables in this study using an indicator variable with a five-level of Likert scale, Whereas
the analytical methods used to prove the hypothesis is SmartPLS Software 3.0 M3. The
results of this study found that information technology has a positive and significant
contribution in improving the quality of information and managerial performance of digital
printing industry. The finding implies that, in order to improve the quality of information and
managerial performance can be done by implementing computerized information technology
and telecommunications are up to date. It was also found that the quality of information has a
positive and significant impact in improving the performance managerial. This means that, in
order to improve managerial performance of digital printing industries needed the support of
the quality of information so that decisions taken be appropriate and beneficial in achieving
managerial performance and maintaining business continuity.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis dan mengatahui kontribusi
teknologi informasi dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas informasi dan kinerja menejerial
industri percetakan digital. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kausalitas
antara variabel, sedangkan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sensus,
yaitu mengambil semua populasi sebagai sampel sasaran sebanyak dua puluh lima orang
responden yang berstatus sebagai manajer usaha. Untuk mengukur variabel dalam penelitian
ini menggunakan indikator variabel dengan skala likert lima tingkatan, sedangan metode
analisis yang dipakai untuk membuktikan hipotesis adalah Software SmartPLS 3.0 M3. Hasil
kajian ini menemukan bahwa, teknologi informasi mempunyai kontribusi yang positif dan
signifikan dalam meningatkan kualitas informasi dan kinerja manajerial industri percetakan
digital. Temuan tersebut mengandung makna bahwa, untuk meningkatkan kualitas informasi
dan kinerja manajerial dapat dilakukan dengan cara menerapkan teknologi informasi yang
berbasis komputerisasi dan telekomunikasi yang up to date. Ditemukan pula bahwa, kualitas
informasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja
manajarial. Ini berarti bahwa, untuk meningkatkan kinerja manajerial industri percetakan
digital dibutuhkan dukungan kualitas informasi agar keputusan yang diambil menjadi tepat
dan bermanfaat dalam mencapai kinerja manajerial maupun dalam memelihara kelanjutan
usaha.
